File Hosting & File Sharing

I was searching for a free file hosting web site for last few days where i can upload my necessary files. I also want those to be shared with others. I found some sites like: adrive.com, 4shared.com, megauploader.com etc. The main problem I felt with these sites is the uploading process. They are using some kind of ajax process or flash file uploading system which dont perform well in a slow internet speed.

However I found a site. It is filefactory.com. Personally I am loving this one because its file uploading system seemed convenient to me. You will have a link to the page of your uploaded file which can be distrubuted for sharing.
You can upload files

1. Without registration
2. Free membership
3. Premium membership

You will also be awarded with few points on each download of your uploaded files. They will provide a refferal link that can be used in the new registration process with your referral. Like you can register by simply clicking here to make me as your referral (appreciable!).

So, at last, i am really enjoying the site. It is really appreciable if anyone can suggest any other web sites for these purpose.
